Hi and welcome to my blog. Here I will touch base on a philosophy of mine. 

SelfCompete is a philosophy about self-improvement through mind and body. Get inside your head and win the competition for control against yourself. There is another “you” inside of you, fighting you for control over you. That “you” has just as much power as you do and will win if you let it, as most of us do daily. But just by simply becoming aware of this you can start turning the tables and regaining control of yourself. Create a life that you are in control of by strengthening your mind and body.
